By participating in this event, you agree that any information and personal data you have provided or will provide to Deutsche Bank AG and its affiliates (“Deutsche Bank”) related to the organisation of the event and other related purposes may be collected, used, processed and shared in accordance with internal policies (which require Deutsche Bank to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information) internally, with its partners, co-sponsors, service providers and exhibitors, located inside and outside your home jurisdiction. Photographs, videos and other recordings of you may be captured during the event, or in activities related to the event, and may be used for Deutsche Bank’s internal and external communications, marketing materials and other related purposes. If you do not agree, you will not be able to attend the event.

If you do not provide Deutsche Bank with all of the information marked as required, Deutsche Bank may not be able to process your application. Your personal information will be retained in line with DB’s retention policy, this means data will be held for 1 year.

You hereby acknowledge that Deutsche Bank uses a software of a Non-Deutsche Bank Group entity (the “Third Party Entity”) based in the United Kingdom for the registration process for this event. You understand that the present website, even though Deutsche Bank Wealth Management branded, is actually hosted by a Third Party Entity in the UK and that all the personal data that you indicate in the registration fields will be stored and processed by said Third Party Entity. The Third Party Entity contractually committed to Deutsche Bank to (i) comply with all relevant provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and any other applicable data protection legislation; (ii) process personal data solely for the purposes for which they were collected; (iii) maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to avoid unauthorised or unlawful processing of personal data and (iv) treat personal data as confidential information.

Deutsche Bank and the Third Party Entity may disclose confidential information if and to the extent that it is required to do so by any law, any court or any regulatory agency or authority.
